Bartech Staffing is a leading engineering, technical and professional staffing firm, and our clients include some of the nation's biggest companies.

Our client has engaged us to assist them in hiring a contract Administrative Support Analyst. Operate in a dual role for Exterior and Structural Systems Engineering (ExSSE) as both administrative support and analyst.
Support the ExSSE Director in calendar & agenda management and day to day operations.
Support the Operations Lead with creating, analyzing and tracking key performance indicators for the organization.
Support Operations Lead - Gather data from multiple sources required to report out key performance indicators
Analyze and update data to allow for granular reporting down to manager and chief levels of the organization
Track weekly changes and report out to senior level management
Maintain an understanding of the organizational make-up, overall operations and deliverables Support ExSSE Director
Manage global travel plans and itinerary
Manage Overtime compilation and submission for the Org, including filing on time
Manage the Organization Vacation SharePoint file Mandatory minimum onsite at PDC Tues, Wed, Thurs

MS Excel - use of Vlookups, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, etc MS Office WebEx
Ability to work with confidential information with discretion Willing to help anyone in the organization or outside the organization
Minimum 3 years of experience working in a coordinator, analyst or operations capacity
Bachelor's Degree

Additional Information :

POSITION IS HYBRID - onsite Tues, Wed, Thursday remote Mon, Fri
