Accounting Specialist (AR/AP) Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations in a growing team-oriented environment.

• Process vendor invoices, perform two-way matching, and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate AP aging and reconcile vendor statements.

• Support invoicing processes, monitor incoming payments, and maintain customer account records for Accounts Receivable tasks.

Maintaining financial accuracy is key. You will assist with month-end close activities including reconciliations, accruals, reporting. Also you will provide documentation for audit requests by offering transaction detail from purchase orders as needed while helping inventory reporting and reconciliation tasks too - creating organized financial documents all the time!
