    Project Coordinator

    This position will be part of a financially strong company and a high-functioning, close knit team. You will be responsible for ensuring the details of projects are on schedule and communicating with various departments to keep everyone informed about any changes to project plans. This is a fast-paced role.


    The ideal candidate has experience in the construction trades and a background in furniture or architectural wall product installation. Knowledge of the construction process is a plus.


    Summary

    The Project Coordinator performs various duties to support the sales and project management operations. This position reports to the assigned Project Manager.


    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure on-time completion of projects and tasks
    • Interface with general contractors and installers
    • Process awarded projects, order entry
    • Review and process contracts, insurance, labor quotes/purchase orders, and close-out documents
    • Review architectural documents
    • Produce project reports
    • Process sample submittals
    • Maintain financial records to ensure projects are reconciled prior to shipping/month-end billing

    Qualifications

    • Able to read construction documents and blueprints
    • Knowledge of the construction process including timeframes, schedules, tasks, insurance, change orders, field checks, etc.
    • Proficient in MSWord, Excel, Sharepoint and Outlook
    • Knowledge of Procore, ArchinetOnLine, or similar cloud-based construction applications preferred
    • AutoCAD/Revit a plus
    • Experience in the movable wall or construction industry preferred
    • High School or Equivalent
    • Associate degree preferred
    • Info/CSI experience a plus

    Compensation:

    • $45,000-$55,000
