    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Artificial Intelligence Specialist to lead our AI initiatives. As the Lead AI Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of AI solutions across various projects and departments. You will lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, guiding them in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge AI models and algorithms.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for AI integration.
    • Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and support.
    • Design and architect AI systems and pipelines, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
    • Research and evaluate new AI techniques, tools, and technologies to stay at the forefront of the field.
    • Develop and deploy machine learning models and algorithms for various applications, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics.
    • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications.
    • Lead AI-related projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
    • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in AI methodologies, processes, and practices.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in AI and machine learning.

    Requirements

    • Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
    • Proven experience in leading AI projects and teams, with a minimum of [X] years in a leadership role.
    • Expertise in machine learning techniques and algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, etc.
    • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
    • Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
    • Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) for AI development and deployment.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and solutions.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities.
