    Description

    My client is a well known PA based law firm and they are seeking a Trust & Estate Attorney to join their team. They are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience

    Responsibilities:


    • Draft wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents to achieve clients' unique objectives.


    • Implement strategies to protect wealth and minimize tax burdens.


    • Guide clients through the legal process with confidence.


    • Develop plans to reduce estate and inheritance taxes.


    • Continuously update your knowledge of California trust and estate laws.

    Required Qualifications:


    • JD degree and active Bar membership.


    • 2+ years of experience in trust and estate planning (fiduciary accountings, tax returns, complex trusts)


    • In-depth understanding of trust and estate law.


    • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.


    • Client-focused with a keen eye for detail.

    The annual salary for this position is between 120k-180k

    Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
