    Job Type Full-timeDescriptionTarantino Properties is seeking a Commercial Property Manager/Leasing Agent to join their growing team in the Dallas metropolitan area for an expanding mixed-use portfolio.

    The right candidate must have good knowledge of commercial real estate including a broad understanding of accounting, building maintenance, leasing, marketing, business development and tenant relations.


    Responsibilities:
    Involved with all operations of managing and leasing commercial propertiesManaging B, C, and D class propertiesReporting interdepartmentally and to clientsMaintains tenant files and digital records/updates internal tracking of insurances/exceptions/optionsCollection of rents, preparing an annual budget/escalations, scheduling expenditures, and analyzing variancesMust be familiar with the Dallas marketTravel up to 30% (Texas)

    Monthly 2 day trip is requiredRequirementsQualifications:
    Active Texas Real Estate License is requiredBachelor's Degreed preferredMinimum of two years of commercial property management experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (Yardi)
