    About the RoleMatic is seeking a high-volume Sales Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team.

    This person would be responsible for hiring entry-level to associate level sales roles to meet the growing hiring demands of Matic's call center sites.

    We are looking for a self-starter with recruiting fundamentals to help build on a strong culture of recruiting.

    Hiring great talent quickly is our Talent Acquisition Team's mission - the success of this Sales Recruiter will have a direct impact on Matic's success, we perform the best when we hire the best This role will partner with Matic's leaders to recruit, assess and hire talent across all sales teams.

    This Sales Recruiter position would be for a 3-month contract. Continued hiring demand would determine any contract extension or opportunity for a full-time permanent position.

    Responsibilities Full Cycle Recruiting - own the end-to end recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience Active Sourcing - leveraging your network and social recruiting strategies to attract top talent to Matic.
