- Develop and implement innovative promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers, in alignment with the company's marketing objectives.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including retail and online accounts, to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to team members to foster their professional growth and development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field, or equivalent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or a related field, with a proven track record of leadership and managerial skills.
- Demonstrated understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with experience utilizing various video, audio, graphic, and text applications in advertising campaigns.
- Proficiency in programs such as Adobe CS4 After Effect, Premier Pro, Encore, Adobe CS5 Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash Professional, Fireworks, Bridge, InDesign, Publisher, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions to optimize promotional activities.
