    A 20-plus year Consulting firm focused on litigation support and consulting to law firms as well as valuations are looking for a top-tier Consultant to join their team.

    This person should possess a strong GPA and at least 2-3 years of hands-on, creation and completion of financial modeling.

    The role will work on a team of additional Consultants, Big 4 Auditors, and partners on creating financial models, drafting written reports for depositions and trials, and performing industry research and analysis for trends and forecasting needs.

    Responsibilities:
    Design and construct dynamic financial models to calculate damages resulting from intellectual property infringement or valuation related claims
    Assist with the drafting of written reports and preparation for depositions and trials
    Perform industry research & forensic analysis, including analysis of market share, industry trends and forecasts
    Qualified candidates will be expected to work with small teams of staff


    Qualifications:
    # Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
    #4 -6 years experience in public accounting and/or industry accounting/finance
    # Experience in litigation support and/or pure valuation experience needed
    # Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
    # Strong experience with financial modeling and creating new models
    # Interest in Forensic Analysis
    # Comfortability with written reports
    # Proven to perform industry research
    # Ability to assimilate easily into teams
    # Out of Investment Banking, Big 4, Consulting
