- Perform trend analysis on financial statements
- Prepare the company's expense plans and monthly forecasts
- Support forecasting functions alongside asset management and acquisition department
- Accurately update systems to actual results, forecasts, and budgets
- Analyze and provide commentary on variances
- Assist in strategic project as needed
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years' of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong quantitative financial skills
