Surgical Progressive Care Unit (SPCU) Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Progressive Care Unit (SPCU) team at UCHealth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent critical thinking skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides top-of-scope practice in direct patient care utilizing the nursing process
• Models proficiency through precepting those new to healthcare and/or UCHealth
• Contributes to secure safety and quality at the point of care

Critical Care Experience:

The SPCU RN will work alongside an interdisciplinary team to provide Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) level of care in a technically complex environment. Our nurse will utilize evidence-based care models, including AACN's Synergy Model and specialty certification standards, to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
