Role Overview:

We are currently seeking a Director of Procurement & Supply Chain with direct experience coordinating, organizing, and overseeing activities involved in the identification and acquisition of material for production of company products.

The position will lead a team and directly purchase goods and services according to organizational policies and procedures and negotiate pricing.

Additionally, the position will oversee vendor and supplier management.

The right candidate will work closely and collaboratively with program management, materials management, and production planning, among other internal and external customers.

Key Requirements:
8+ years of Procurement/Commodity experience within Aerospace, Aviation, Defense etc.
Bonus if working with metals, machinery, screws, nuts, wiring etc.
Experience with direct management
An autonomous and highly strategic mindset
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
