- Caseload: High School (Servicing whole school building) 300+ students
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and response to interventions.
- Educate and support patients and their families in understanding and managing their health conditions.
- Active license/certifications in NJ.
- School-based experience required (clinical setting cannot be only experience).
- Fingerprints required for both agency and district.
- TB required + Physical required.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
- Previous experience in medical-surgical, critical care, or other relevant nursing specialties.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems.
