    Position:
    Director of Construction Sales & Public Relations - Pinellas, Manatee, & Hillsborough Counties


    Compensation:

    Target 1st Year:
    $50k-$75k+;

    Subsequent Years:
    $75k+



    Role:


    Generate recurring relationship dumpster sales by fostering ties with commercial and residential contractors and bolstering our brand presence through extensive networking within the community.

    Supported by inside sales assistance, the role demands proactive representation of our brand to contractors, chambers of commerce, trade groups, and community organizations.

    Preferred

    Qualifications:
    While not mandatory, ideal candidates will possess 2+ years of CDL Class A or B driving experience. Occasional driving may be necessary during periods of high demand. Starting compensation for driving and networking activities begins at $25/hr. enhanced by new client bonuses, recurring sales commissions, fuel reimbursement, entertainment expenses, profit sharing, and HSA matching contributions post a 60-90 day

    probationary/training

    period.

    About the

    Role:


    We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Director of Construction Sales & Public Relations to be the face of our company, supported by a talented internal team of marketing, operations and driving professionals.

    This role offers significant growth potential within the company.

    Our growth plan is to double our sales in the next 2 years, just as we did in the last 2 years, but for the first time with a dedicated outside sales presence in the community.


    Responsibilities include:
    Developing and executing strategic sales plans
    Pursuing new business opportunities through networking
    Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
    Operating roll-off trucks as needed
    Providing exceptional customer service


    Qualifications:
    Proven sales experience, preferably in related industries
    Ability to lead and motivate an internal sales team
    Valid CDL Class A or B license preferred
    Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
