- Host events (calls, webinars and in-person meetings) with financial advisors across the country in conjunction with the sales team to educate on wealth planning content
- Work closely with Franklin Templeton's Director of Wealth Planning to stay current on content and relevant industry and regulatory developments
- Work closely with other Specialists on the team to improve processes and content development
- Participate in content development to be used by firms, financial advisors, and shareholder clients
- Assist in training new regional associates and consultants

- FINRA SIE, 7 and 63 Licenses
- 5+ years of industry experience
- BA or BS degree required. Candidates may have a broad array of majors

Compensation Range: Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards-monetary and non-monetary-designed to support the whole person and to recognize their time, talents, and results. There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Franklin Templeton, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation.We expect the salary for this position to range between $95,000 - $120,000.
