    About the Role

    We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing & SEO Manager to join our team. This person will be focused on managing, optimizing, and improving our existing content library of 500+ blog articles, pillars, alternative pages, etc. This person has experience owning a content marketing strategy and enjoys taking action from the insights they have gathered to make a direct impact in areas including organic traffic and SERPs.

    This role reports to our Associate Director, Content Marketing.

    Who You Are

    Functional Skills:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills with a roll-up-your-sleeves and can-do demeanor
    • Data-driven, self-starter with a growth mentality

    Technical Skills:

    • 4+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, organic growth marketing, and web optimization - preferably leading a B2B content marketing strategy
    • Proven record of creating, managing, and owning B2B content marketing "pillar-and-spoke" strategy that drives organic traffic that converts through creation of compelling SEO-optimized content
    • Demonstrated experience in SEO fundamentals (on-page and off-page) and understanding of the interaction between site architecture, UX, and content to deliver organic traffic performance
    • Experience with the technical aspects of running a website, including web analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, content management system, and A/B testing, and other web platform tools
    • Data-driven decision making, experience analyzing insights to inform content strategies and testing roadmaps, with hands-on experience performing A/B tests to drive organic traffic and rankings
    • Experimentation with ChatGPT4 and other generative AI models to help to create and optimize content
    • Experience with Wordpress, Ahrefs/SEMRush, Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
