The Opportunity
A high-growth global technology recruitment firm is seeking a Senior Go-To-Market (GTM) Recruiter to play a key role in building and scaling a specialist permanent hiring function in the US market.
Backed by a large international professional services group and operating across the UK, US and Europe, the business is entering an ambitious growth phase focused on expanding its GTM / Commercial technology recruitment offering in New York.

The Role
This is a senior individual contributor role with strong strategic influence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and owning a specialist GTM recruitment desk focused on placing commercial and revenue‑generating talent into technology businesses — including Sales, Account Management, Partnerships, Marketing and Revenue Leadership roles.
Working closely with senior leadership and future GTM practice leads, the recruiter will help establish the firm as a go‑to partner for startup, scaleup and enterprise clients hiring across Seed to Series C and beyond.
