    We are seeking a highly motivated Cash Application Specialist to join a great team in Alpharetta.

    In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer payments, reconciling bank statements, and maintaining the accuracy of our accounts receivable records.

    You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of cash within our organization.

    Responsibilities:
    Process customer payments received through various channels (checks, ACH, credit cards, etc.)
    Research and resolve discrepancies in customer payments
    Apply cash receipts to the correct customer accounts in NetSuite
    Reconcile bank statements on a regular basis
    Research and resolve unmatched transactions
    Analyze trends and identify potential cash flow issues
    Prepare reports on cash application activity
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
    Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments regarding cash application issues

    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 2 years of experience in a cash applications role
    Proven experience working with NetSuite
    Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, functions, and pivot tables
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
