    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Environmental Project Manager.

    As an Environmental Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of environmental projects.

    Your primary responsibilities will include assisting senior Project Managers, conducting research, coordinating fieldwork, analyzing data, and ensuring compliance with applicable environmental regulations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist senior Project Managers in planning and coordinating environmental projects, including environmental impact assessments, site remediation, environmental monitoring, and permitting processes.
    • Conduct research and gather data on environmental regulations, best practices, and industry trends to support project planning and decision-making.
    • Coordinate fieldwork activities, including site visits, sample collection, and monitoring, while adhering to project schedules and safety protocols.
    • Assist in analyzing data and preparing reports, presentations, and technical documents to communicate project findings and recommendations effectively.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and project requirements.
    • Support the development and implementation of environmental management plans, pollution prevention strategies, and sustainability initiatives.
    • Assist in conducting environmental risk assessments and identifying potential environmental impacts associated with project activities.
    • Maintain accurate project records, including field notes, laboratory results, and other relevant documentation.
    • Stay updated on environmental laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance and promote continuous improvement in project execution.
    • Contribute to a positive team environment, actively participating in meetings, sharing knowledge, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve project objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental management, natural resources, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.
    • Previous experience in environmental consulting, project management, or a related field is desirable but not required.
    • Proficient in conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing technical reports.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to diverse stakeholders.
    • Proficiency in using environmental software and tools such as GIS, statistical analysis software, and data management systems.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for project-related fieldwork.
    • Experience with the Texas Railroad Commission (TRC), TCEQ spill rules, TCEQ reduction risk program.
    • Experience with RCRA, SPCC, Phase I, II
    7+ years of relevant experience or equivalent.
