- Collaborate with marketing for promotions and to create a strong local presence.
- Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Proficient in P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring.
- Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer service.
- Strong leadership and managerial aptitude.

- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the restaurant industry.
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
- Restaurant Management certification is a plus.

Role Description
To lead our venture in the Southwest and grow our brand, we are looking for a dynamic Restaurant General Manager and Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage P&L, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer service, budgeting, procurement, and hiring.
