    Role Description

    To lead our venture in the Southwest and grow our brand, we are looking for a dynamic Restaurant General Manager and Head of Operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage P&L, ensure customer satisfaction, handle customer service, budgeting, procurement, and hiring.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain Las Espadas' standards.
    • Manage daily operations, make strategic decisions to boost profitability, and uphold service excellence.
    • Recruit, train, and guide staff to cultivate a culture of professionalism and commitment.
    • Establish and uphold quality control standards to guarantee customer contentment.
    • Collaborate with marketing for promotions and to create a strong local presence.
    • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations.

    Qualifications

    • Proficient in P&L Management, Budgeting, and Hiring.
    • Experience in ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer service.
    • Strong leadership and managerial aptitude.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with the restaurant industry.
    • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
    • Restaurant Management certification is a plus.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
