    Description
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Completes maintenance and repair as directed for issues on property relating to

    building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, kitchen equipment, cosmetic

    painting, pool maintenance, and electrical.

    2. Inspects assigned areas, notifying management of weak or defective parts. Makes

    recommendations for corrections to management. Performs general maintenance as

    directed by management.

    3. Coordinates work with other maintenance personnel on shift.

    4. Performs a variety of maintenance tasks, depending upon experience and level of

    certification.

    5. Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used.

    6. Complies with all safety requirements as outlined by OSHA and company policies and

    procedures.

    7. Provide Thoughtful Service at all times to guests, co-workers, and vendors.

    8. Regular scheduled attendance required.

    9. Performs other related duties as assigned.

    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

    None.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty

    satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or

    ability required.

    All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire

    and safety regulations. Regular attendance required.

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

    High School diploma or equivalent required. One to three years of related experience and/or

    training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

    CPO Certification preferred or ability to obtain and maintain one within 1 year of hire.

    OSHA 10 Card preferred or ability to obtain one within 30 days.

    UST A/B/C Operator Certification preferred or ability to acquire within 1 year of hire.

    LANGUAGE SKILLS

    Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

    MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

    Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,

    common fractions, and decimals.

    COMPUTER SKILLS

    Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Must be able to utilize all platforms

    required in the department including email.

    REASONING ABILITY

    Planning, Remembering Details, Using Arithmetic, Reading, Making Decisions, Discriminating

    colors, Working Rapidly, Working at Various Tempos, Concentrating Amid Distractions,

    Examining & Observing Details.

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Standing, Walking, Reaching, Kneeling, Carrying, Pulling up to 200lbs, Lifting 50lbs, Sitting,

    Bending/Stooping, Observing, Stretching, Pushing, Turning, Balancing.

    WORK ENVIRONMENT

    Inside, Dry Noisy, Heat, Hot, Hazards, High Places, Wet, Outside, Changing Temperatures,

    Cold, Odors, Dirty, Gloves. Must be willing to work overtime due to business needs.
