Title and Summary Analyst, Total Rewards- Benefits Delivery Overview
    The Analyst, Total Rewards Benefits Delivery role will be responsible for supporting administration and delivery of benefit plans and wellbeing programs for the US and Canada. The person in this role will partner with many relevant stakeholders, including Benefits Design, GBSC (Global Business Services Center), Payroll, TPRM (Third Party Risk Management), P&C (People & Capability) technology, external vendors and other groups to ensure programs are delivered accurately and on time.     Role
    • Oversee day-to-day vendor relationships and service delivery, including performance monitoring, onboarding, and third-party risk management.
    • Coordinate annual and other enrollments , including technical implementation/system prep and design, testing (pre-and post-enrollment to ensure quality and accuracy of data), development and delivery of presentations, communications and/or training efforts.
    • Provide analytical support on Mastercard's Benefits Delivery projects, programs, and ad hoc requests for North America Region.
    • Partner with Benefits Design and GBSC-HR on ongoing administration and delivery.
    • Respond to employee inquiries that are escalated from Mastercard's GBSC in an effective, clear, and kind manner.
    • Mediate claims between vendors and employees and escalate issues as appropriate.
    • Ensure plan compliance with regulatory statutes associated with, but not limited to, DOL, ERISA, IRC, FMLA, HIPAA, and ACA.
    • Contribute to the development of benefit communications to increase employee engagement and understanding of programs.
    • Translate health and welfare data analytics (utilization, trends, financial) into recommendations for vendor modifications or internal process efficiencies.
    • Participate in other strategic projects (Merger/Acquisition Due Diligence, Global Benefits), as assigned.
    All About You
    • Experience with benefits operations/delivery, including management of third-party providers and contracts
    • Demonstrated self-starter with independent judgment and reasoning skills
    • Well-developed and professional communication skills (written and oral)
    • Able to maintain strict confidentiality as required
    • Able to manage time well, prioritize effectively and handle multiple projects and deadlines
    • Able to work collaboratively across internal and external teams, with a primary focus on client/customer service
    • Strong technical acumen and proficiency using Excel to organize, manipulate and analyze large data set
    • Critical attention to detail
    • Prior experience with Workday preferred
    • Undergraduate degree preferred, especially in Business, Finance, Human Resources or Health Administration
