• Accurately report and record the patient's condition and care, including signs and symptoms that may be indicative of change.
• Prepare clinical/progress notes and summaries.
• Assist the physician and Registered Nurse in complex nursing situations.
• Follow universal precautions whenever giving any aspect of patient care.
• Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event, or incident, e.g., accident, injury, or significant change in the patient's condition.
• Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the RN and the physician's plan of care, and follow the nursing care plan for each patient.

• Reliable transportation.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to chart using PCC (Point Click Care).
• Requires current (LPN) state license of an accredited program of nursing.
• At least 6 months of experience preferred.
• Pass a WA State DSHS Background check.
• Ability to read, write, and understand the English Language.
