- Event Coordination: From student organization gatherings and university department functions to private events, you will ensure seamless execution by assisting with logistics, setting up venues, coordinating schedules, and providing on-site support.
- Retail and Customer Service: In addition to event coordination, you will assist at our campus spirit store. Here, you will engage with students, faculty, and visitors, offering exceptional customer service and promoting university merchandise. You will assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, processing sales transactions, and creating appealing displays.
- General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as needed, including submitting and tracking invoices, reconciling event expenses, monitoring club budgets, preparing contracts and billing statements.
- University Food Pantry Management: You will also have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students facing food insecurity by assisting with the university food pantry. Your role will involve coordinating donation drives, ensuring inventory levels are maintained, organizing distribution schedules, and providing a warm and supportive environment for pantry visitors.

Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for event coordination and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated Event Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work with college students, university departments, and the general public, making a positive impact on campus life.
