Description
Licensed Master Social Worker
Social Workers assist patients in understanding their rights and responsibilities, helping them navigate the various demands related to End Stage Renal Disease such as physical, mental, emotional, and financial aspects. Responsibilities include evaluating, educating, and collaborating with patients on their care plans. The ideal candidate should hold a Master of Social Work degree and be a Licensed Certified Social Worker with a minimum of one year of clinical experience. Prior experience in dialysis is preferred. Individuals with LMSW qualification and recent Social Work Graduate Students are welcome to apply. A bonus of up to $20,000 is available upon signing, depending on experience.
