- Build relationships to effectively partner with IT departments in the development, implementation and maturity of process efficiency.
- Ensure all technology operations audit requests are completed correctly and on time.
- Facilitate governance meetings to ensure processes are being followed.
- Understand various ITSM processes, technologies, and data environments to help analyze and formulate solutions
- Design and build process efficiency and automation solutions
- Train users on process and automation efficiency enhancements and updates
- Assess risks and opportunities to design sound solutions, both elegant and sustainable, for business problems
- ServiceNow experience a must.
- High technical aptitude required. Rapidly assess and learn innovative technology or technical functions.
- Documentation skills required. Word, Power Point, Excel
- Problem solving skills required. Must be innovative and develop solutions by effective use of available technologies.
- Need to be skilled in organizing, planning, time management, scheduling, documentation, and meeting deadlines.
- Data analysis and reporting skills required. Minimum of 5 years of data analysis and reporting using Excel and SQL required. Knowledge of Power BI a plus.
- How to use SharePoint knowledge a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with business users and IT, and the ability to present solutions to all levels of associates.
- Must have attention to detail and be a self-starter with a curiosity mindset.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
