The aod support staff iii certified mc provides services to beneficiaries participating in treatment while monitoring the program premises for safety and security as a certified aod counselor provides education on recovery programs and individual and group counseling sessions as well as crisis management trains and oversees registered monitors monitor premises to prevent detect signs of intrusion ensure security of the program by walking floor monitoring surroundings when outside accompanying beneficiaries making reports as needed monitor clients conduct room checks maintain records of client compliance of program rules report clinicalcase management staff assist clinicalcase management staff required responds to emergency situations such police fire department incidents logs daily activities irregularities unusual occurrences equipment property damage theft presence unauthorized persons acts role model participants times learns understands practices professionalism expected puts clientsparticipants needs first answers telephones takes messages clients staff monitors doors greets visitors maintains office housekeeping verifies common areas laundry areas restrooms clean disinfected operational inputs required data computer systems logs ehr databases required performs other duties arise support program mission goals.Job description
