We are seeking a motivated, highly organized Assistant/Real Estate Partner who is eager to grow in real estate while contributing to a fast-moving, professional environment.The Assistant/Real Estate Partner will provide direct administrative, operational, marketing and client support to Jeremiah Abu-Bakr. This role plays a critical part in keeping business systems organized and leads flowing,
schedules running smoothly and client communication professional.
- Work closely with Jeremiah on daily business tasks and priorities.
- Assist with client communications outreach follow-ups transaction preparation documentation lead & Client Management assist cold calling warm leads prospect follow-ups manage client information within CRM systems track lead progress appointment outcomes Administrative & Account Management manage business related accounts connected to Jeremiah track expenses payments records using bookkeeping apps organize digital files contracts client records Calendar & Scheduling manage Jeremiahs professional calendar schedule meetings showings calls deadlines ensure smooth daily workflow time management Marketing & Social Media manage post content across social platforms respond inquiries engage followers professionally assist marketing campaigns branding initiatives Bonus Skills CRM management GoHighLevel similar platforms preferred funnel setup workflows automation support process improvement efficiency tracking
