    Atlas Tech is seeking a Microsoft Systems Engineer for an effort to provide systems engineering and integration of Naval software systems.

    Pay Band - $60,000 - $105,000 depending on experience


    You Will:
    Provide knowledge in systems engineering and information technologyDevelop solutions to solve problems and implement enhancementsInvestigate and resolve issues that span multiple applications/technologies and require involvement from technical personnel across multiple groupsDevelop and/or revise system designs and architectures to improve efficiency, stability, effectiveness, supportability, and sustainabilityInstall test branches on physical hardware on lab equipment as first level integration testsVerify install documentation is executableProvide feedback on internal processes and recommendations for improvementContribute to team efforts by accomplishing related taskings as neededProvide technical analysis integral to the maintenance and sustainment of DoD systemsProvide in-depth research and analysis of issues and new technologiesPrepare technical briefs to present to engineering review teamsIntegrate COTS and GOTS software into CANES baselinesProvide technical knowledge to support and maintain Windows domains and Active DirectoryProvide technical knowledge to support and maintain Microsoft enterprise productsProvide technical knowledge to design systems that administer and secure CANES baselines

    You Have:
    U.S.

    CitizenshipA minimum of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance or be able to obtain an interim security clearance prior to hire dateDoD 8570 Certifications to be qualified as an Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level IIDemonstrated ability to effectively install, configure, and administer in a multi-system and/or multi-application environmentKnowledge of client/server architecturesExperience with Microsoft Windows Server and Client Operating SystemsExperience with Active Directory design and administration, Group Policy, and System AdministrationExperience with Microsoft PowerShell is critical as it is heavily leveraged to automate installation, configuration, hardening, and maintenance tasksDemonstrated ability to automate the installation and configuration of applicationsWorking knowledge and experience of System Engineering processes and proceduresKnowledge of Linux/Windows OS and networking from a system design perspectiveAbility to create and test virtualized environments (VMWare, Hyper-V, AWS) for development and testing procedures that are traceable to system requirementsStrong documentation and oral communication skills to clearly communicate with all levels of users, engineers, managers, and organizationsAbility to work with others in a highly collaborative environmentSelf-Motivated, strong work ethic and commitment to qualityAbility to multi-task and balance multiple goals and priorities3+ years of technical experienceWe'd be Impressed if You Had:


    A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineeringMicrosoft certification (i.e., MCIT, MCSA, MCSE, etc.)Experience with other programming/scripting languagesExperience with Atlassian Suite (i.e.

    , JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket)Experience with Agile and DevOpsExperience with DHCP\DNS\LDAP\Files ServicesExperience with Microsoft Exchange Server design and administrationExperience with Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)Experience with Microsoft SharePointExperience with VMWare virtual infrastructureKnowledgeable in best cybersecurity practices (STIGs) and using industry standard tools (ACAS, Nessus) to perform vulnerability analysis and mitigationsKnowledgeable with integrated development environment (IDE, Visual Studio Code) for GIT management and code revision
