Currently, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Little Rock, AR.

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for ensuring the overall maintenance and upkeep of our properties in Bloomington, IN. Completing market-ready apartments and apartment upgrades to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.

• Conducting various maintenance activities, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, some HVAC, and general repairs.
• Exhibiting good judgment, discretion, and initiative in resolving maintenance issues and prioritizing tasks.
• Communicating effectively with team members, supervisors, and residents to coordinate work and ensure smooth operations.
• Completing maintenance requests accurately and following up as necessary to ensure resident satisfaction.

Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in a residential or multifamily housing setting

• Strong knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance repairs
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Hourly wage ranging from $20.00 per hour
