    A nationally leading steel manufacturing company in Pittsburgh, PA is searching for an experienced HR Benefits Analyst to manage all aspects of benefits administration They are looking for strong candidates with at least 3 years of in-house benefits administration, union experience and familiarity with Ceridian/Dayforce to collaborate closely with the Supervisor of Benefits to ensure smooth plan operations and compliance


    HR Benefits Analyst Requirements:
    Bachelor s degree required
    Union experience is required
    Strong understanding of Excel and the ability to build pivot tables

    HR Benefits Analyst Responsibilities:
    Administer benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, FSA, and transportation accounts
    Ensure compliance with Section 125 and other regulatory requirements
    Build reports and analyze benefits data using Excel (including pivot tables)
    Collaborate with TPA to manage retiree medical plans, HRA, and life insurance
    Oversee 401k plans, ensuring annual audits and regulatory compliance
    Support the implementation of SAP and Dayforce systems
