    About the Job

    Job Description:Empire National is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Driver with a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) to join our fleet in Fletcher, North Carolina. As a Team Driver, you and your partner will work together to safely and efficiently transport goods, ensuring timely deliveries and superior service.
    Responsibilities:
    • Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles as a team, adhering to all state and federal regulations.
    • Transport goods over designated routes, maintaining safety and delivery schedules.
    • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, ensuring the vehicle's safe and reliable operation.
    • Collaborate with your driving partner to effectively manage driving shifts.
    • Maintain accurate records of hours of service, fuel, and delivery documentation.
    • Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and team members professionally.
    • Uphold all safety and traffic regulations.

    Qualifications:
    • Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
    • Experience as a team driver is preferred but not required.
    • Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to work cohesively with a driving partner.
    • Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading as necessary.
    • Knowledge of federal and state transportation regulations.
    • Dependable, punctual, and adaptable.

    Compensation:
    • Weekly salary of $1,500 - $3,000, depending on experience and performance.
    • Performance-based bonuses.
    • Fuel and maintenance incentives.
