Responsibilities:
Manage general ledger accounting and financial reporting.
Conduct detailed financial analysis for informed decision-making.
Create and maintain financial models to guide strategic decisions.
Collaborate with teams to enhance processes and drive cost efficiencies.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in audit preparations and address auditor inquiries.
Provide accurate balance sheet reconciliations and account analyses.
Analyze foreign currency impact on financial results.
Document and enforce corporate accounting policies.
Coordinate year-end audits and software updates.
Lead special projects for process efficiency and performance improvement.
Provide support for local accounting systems and propose system enhancements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
3+ years of multinational company accounting or financial analysis experience.
Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel.
Strong ability to not only run reports, but present them to varying audiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
