- Project Definition: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define, estimate, and document project scope.
- Planning and Execution: Develop project plans, identify resource needs, procure resources, define team roles, and lead team meetings, promoting a positive team dynamic.
- Project Management: Utilize project management best practices to deliver projects on time, within budget, and meeting all resource, scope, and quality requirements. Track progress and proactively communicate any deviations from the plan.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and risks, anticipating even subtle problems that could cause significant impact.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with project team members across functions and senior client stakeholders. Leverage conflict resolution skills to ensure a healthy team environment.
- Vendor Management: Develop and manage relationships with third-party vendors, contractors, and other partners.
- Business Analysis: Gain a deep understanding of stakeholder business processes, pain points, and needs. Contribute to business analysis activities like requirements and use case definition, solution evaluation, and problem identification/resolution.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and propose improvements based on project experience.
- Communication and Client Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction through effective and timely communication, including regular status reports, continuous risk/issue assessment and management, and prompt issue resolution.
