    Key Responsibilities

    • Order medical records, billing records, radiology imaging, etc. with & without affidavit
    • Follow up on pending records bi-weekly, pay invoices and schedule couriers
    • Upload/Save all records received to our system (Needles 5.0) as they arrive
    • OCR and redact clients records for Case Manager and Paralegals to use
    • Search for subrogation liens (hospital, Medicaid/care, child support, etc.)
    • Verify balances for all medical providers for demands or mediation
    • Effectively manage a large case load, e-mails, a checklist and deadlines
    Desired Skills & Experience

    • Proficient in personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents
    • Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail
    • Professional appearance and behavior
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion dealing with confidential information
    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience, preferably in a plaintiff's personal injury law firm
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person and email
    • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and critical thinking abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Case Management software (Needles preferred)
    Education Requirements
    High school diploma or GED; college degree is a plus
    Working Conditions
    Office environment with normal business hours necessary to satisfactorily perform job functions. Some overtime may be required in order to timely accomplish work demands.
