We have opportunities to bring on a maintenance make ready technician in the Brier Creek area:
Bexley at Brier CreekWe value great employees We are committed to promoting from within and will provide training to grow with usWe actively assess your skills during your first ninety days and come up with a plan to train to the next levelWorking hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday

• Friday.

This position requires participating in an emergency on-call rotation with your teammates.
Ideal candidates should have 1-2 years of residential maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, interior/exterior maintenance & carpentry.

CFC/EPA Certification to handle refrigerant and hands-on HVAC repair experience is a plus, but not required for this position if you are willing to train and work towards certification.

Reliable transportation required. A background check will be conducted.
