- Provide field oversight for all phases of assigned construction projects
- Develop and manage project schedules.
- Manage subcontractor performance relationships.
- Be responsible for both the timeliness and total quality of assigned projects.
- Prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management.
- Implement and execute Quality Control/Quality Assurance program.
- Promote an Injury-free job site through safety initiatives and award winning Company safety program.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experience required
- Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
- Must be willing to travel on site to locations.

Top Ranked National General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Industrial Tilt Up projects through completion. The Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Additions, Renovations, Tenant Improvements, and Build Outs of various Industrial projects which includes Tilt Up Warehouse and Distribution Centers, Speculative Warehouses, and PEMB projects, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage owners, vendors, subcontractors, and field staff throughout project. Other experience we will consider: Cold Storage, Light Industrial, Retail, Self-Storage, and Big Box Retail.
