- Proactively respond to customer service inquiries pertaining to web orders, store orders and product knowledge via phone or email correspondence.
- Track customer service calls and report on learnings
- Monitor voicemail messages and respond within set company standard

- Must follow through with every request quickly and seamlessly
- Handle customer feedback/complaints and reporting back to management about critical or consistent feedback related to website functionality, product, or service

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a hardworking and passionate Customer Service Intern to join our team this Summer.
This internship is an unpaid role and the candidate MUST receive academic credit as a requirement.
