We are excited to announce an open position at HC-Resource for a skilled and motivated General Manager to take charge of the daily operations at our restaurant.

In this role, your main tasks will involve increasing sales, achieving restaurant EBITDA goals, managing the budget effectively, and promoting a culture of accountability throughout the establishment.

Your responsibilities also include recruiting, hiring, training, guiding, and supervising Managers and Team Members.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Take ownership of your local community, drive sales, meet EBITDA targets, stay within budget, and instill a sense of responsibility across the team.

Oversee all aspects of front of house (FOH) and heart of house (HOH) operations, including Ecosure standards.

Ensure seamless implementation of the CHARM service model by the FOH Team for every Guest.

Keep the team informed about company strategies to boost sales and profitability.

Recruit, onboard, train, develop, and engage with Managers and Team Members through regular interactions.

Conduct periodic one-on-one sessions and provide feedback to enhance skills and leadership qualities.

Devise methods to retain top talent and manage inventory levels effectively.

Establish daily objectives, assign tasks, and ensure their completion through consistent follow-up.

Monitor sales performance, optimize staff schedules, and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Ensure compliance with company policies, state and federal regulations, and financial procedures. Manage funds, deposits, and payroll.

**REQUIREMENTS:**

Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.

High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's Degree is desirable.

Preferably possess 3 years of practical experience in restaurant management.

Prior ServSafe Certification is a plus or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hire.

Valid Driver's License is required.

Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.

Demonstrated proficiency in driving sales growth.

Ability to motivate and inspire others.

Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to set clear goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Promote teamwork and collaboration within the team.

**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:**

Consistent attendance is crucial.

Capable of working up to 55 hours per week.

Able to stand or walk for extended periods.

Frequently engage in activities like speaking, crawling, climbing, bending, lifting items up to 50 lbs, etc.

Tolerance for varying temperature conditions.

Frequent contact with water and cleaning solutions.

Specific vision capabilities essential for the role.
