Strike48 is redefining modern security operations through an Agentic SOC and Agentic Log Management platform built for scale, clarity, and operational impact.

As security teams face increasing complexity, data volume, and tool fatigue, Strike48 delivers a fundamentally new approach to how organizations detect, investigate, and respond to threats.


We are seeking a high-caliber Account Executive with a proven track record in consultative, net-new logo sales to help expand our presence across the Northeast.

This role is designed for experienced sales professionals who thrive in complex sales environments, excel at executive-level conversations, and are motivated by building relationships in an emerging category.


About the Role:


As an Account Executive at Strike48, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while positioning Strike48 as a strategic platform partner to security and IT leaders.

You will lead thoughtful discovery, guide customers through a modern SOC transformation narrative, and manage the full sales lifecycle from first engagement through close.

This role requires strong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute the full sales cycle for net-new customer acquisition
Apply a consultative, value-driven sales approach to uncover customer challenges and align Strike48's platform to business outcomes
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound leads, and partner collaboration
Engage and influence senior stakeholders including CISOs, SOC Directors, Security Engineering leaders, and IT executives
Partner closely with Sales Engineering to deliver compelling discovery sessions, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements
Accurately manage pipeline, forecasting, and CRM activity
Represent Strike48 with professionalism at customer meetings, industry events, and regional conferences
Provide structured feedback from the field to support go-to-market strategy, messaging, and product evolution



Qualifications:

5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology
Consistent history of net-new logo acquisition and quota attainment
Demonstrated success in consultative or solution-based sales motions
Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong executive presence with the ability to articulate technical and business value clearly
Highly organized, disciplined, and accountable approach to pipeline management
Based in the Boston area with the ability to:
Work from Strike48's downtown Boston office on a hybrid basis
Travel 10–25% as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience selling to security operations, SOC teams, or IT leadership
Background in platform, infrastructure, or data-centric technology sales
Experience in high-growth or early-stage environments
Familiarity with enterprise procurement and security buying processes
