    Job Description: We are seeking a talented architectural designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for residential architectural design, possess strong design skills, and demonstrate proficiency in CAD software tools. This individual will collaborate closely with clients and contractors to bring the client's vision to life while ensuring the highest standards of quality and functionality. We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop conceptual designs (floor plans and elevations) and produce detailed architectural drawings for custom homes and remodels.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary requirements.
    • Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
    • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in residential architecture.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors or Masters of Architecture preferred, but not required.
    • 3+ years of experience in custom home design required.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit required. Other helpful software knowledge includes Bluebeam, Lumion, Photoshop, and Procreate.
    • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Hand drawing and watercolor a plus.

    Pay is commensurate with experience.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $80, $110,000.00 per year
