- Must hold an MD/DO degree, equivalent Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics, and equivalent Board certified or eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology.
- Clinical experience in Pediatric Endocrinology, teaching competence in pediatrics for medical students and residents, and strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Overseethe dailyactivities oftheDivision; collaborate with the practicemanageror other administrative personnel to address andresolveofficeissuesas they arise to ensure safe and smooth operations.
- Makethe monthly physicianon-call schedules.
- Initially approvephysiciantime offrequests; monitorclinical operationstoensure adequate coverage during time off;initiatecoverage adjustments asnecessary.
- Support, encourage and participateinemployee engagement initiatives and activities.

- In collaboration with the Quality Department, assist with clinical peer review.
- Monitor the Division's compliance with applicable requirements, including Hospital policies, accrediting organization standards, ACO or value-based arrangement requirements.
- Monitor CG-CAHPS scores and comments and collaborate with practicestafftorecognize positivecomments/scores and develop plans to address deficiencies. Handleclinical patient complaints asdirected.
- Monitor quality and appropriateness of care andimplementand monitor performance improvement activities.
