- Up to $22 per hour. Base Pay of $16 with pooled tips averaging $6+ per hour
- Medical, dental and vision options
- Free meal every shift over 3 hours
- Stock and maintain sufficient levels of food products on service line to ensure a smooth service.
- Prepare and cook menu items per L&L Brand standards for quality, portion size, plating and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, food prep areas and storage areas.
- Adhere to all food and safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Previous line cook experience in a fast-paced restaurant setting
- Ability to follow recipes and procedures
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to follow safety protocols
- Ability to lift and move heavy items
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Basic understanding of math and measurements
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Previous experience in fast casual restaurant
- ServSafe certification or equivalent a plus
- Bilingual a plus
