- Supervise the care and services provided by the LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members attending to residents.
- Administer medications accurately and safely to residents.
- Evaluate residents' health and promptly inform the physician of any changes; implement new orders without delay.
- Create a care plan based on assessments and provide nursing care accordingly.
- Implement suitable nursing interventions to stabilize a resident's condition or prevent complications.
- Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and the formulation of a care plan.
- Preferred 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
- CPR certification
