    CoreWeave is searching for a Senior Manager, SEC Reporting. This role will a) build out the team necessary to prepare and b) direct the preparation and distribution of all periodic financial statements for external use, including but not limited to CoreWeave's board of directors, lenders, and regulatory bodies such as the Securities & Exchange Commission.

    Draft the S-1 for IPO filing, and revise according to SEC comments

    Prepare 10-Ks and 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, Forms 3, 4, and 5, Schedule 13, and Form 114 for submission to the SEC

    Collaborate with the CFO and Investor Relations lead to craft, calculate, and report metrics & KPIs the company's equity story

    Oversee all technical accounting areas, including documenting accounting positions according to GAAP and ensuring PCAOB compliance in all reporting

    Write and review technical accounting memos and accounting policies

    Lead external financial reporting tool/system implementation efforts, in collaboration with external consultants to implement the company's XBRL tagging system

    Advise management of trends and changes in reporting requirements, and make recommendations on best practices for any reporting changes

    Provide accounting guidance to cross-functional teams on complex transactions

    Liaise with external auditors, lendes, and regulatory agencies

    Oversee the preparation of materials for the board and shareholders

    Work with the internal audit team to ensure reporting remains compliant with ICFR/SOX

    Assist Controller, CFO, and Investor Relations with ad hoc reporting projects as required

    Requirements:

    10+ years of experience with SEC or external financial reporting

    CPA required, with Big 4 technical accounting & financial statement review experience preferred

    Ability to multitask and stay organized but flexible in a dynamic, rapidly-changing work environment, while meeting all non-negotiable filing deadlines

    Data-driven approach with a strong analytical tool kit and the ability to connect problematic dots and form holistic, scalable solutions

    Proactive, anticipates and avoids/mitigates problems before they arise

    Strong written & verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills

    Leadership/mentorship mentality that inspires a strong attention to detail among direct reports

    Embraces positivity and finds ways to move through challenging adversity stronger and wiser

    Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and distraction-free environment

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets.

    The base pay for this position ranges from $160,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $180,000/year in our highest geographic market.

    Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
