Artificial Intelligence Transformation Lead -St. Petersburg, FL

The AI Transformation Lead will play a critical role in shaping and executing a sophisticated AI strategy, leveraging the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence to transform insurance processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics or Mathematics

• Deep understanding of AI methodologies, including machine learning models such as neural networks, NLP, and predictive analytics.
• Experience with AI frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills; proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex, technology-driven projects.
• Strategic mindset, adept at balancing innovative tech solutions with practical business needs.

Description:

• Strategize and implement an AI vision, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience through advanced AI and machine learning models.
• Lead initiatives involving AI technologies like neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and deep learning algorithms.
