    As a Maintenance Electrician at our mill facility in Paris, you'll play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and fixing electrical components of machines and assets. Your work will be guided by our reliability strategy and safety standards, contributing to the global commitment of Kimberly-Clark to implement top-notch maintenance practices for the safe production of premium Baby Child Care products.

    Work Schedule

    Flexibility is key as you'll be expected to work rotating shifts, ensuring operational continuity.

    Your Responsibilities include:

    • Ensuring compliance with electrical work practices and promoting safe behavior consistently
    • Actively engaging in Hazard Identification and safety improvement initiatives
    • Applying NFPA70E guidelines for PPE and boundaries
    • Supporting electrical equipment, systems, controls, inspections, PM's, and necessary repairs
    • Demonstrating expertise in machine control software, PID control loops, and industrial control networks
    • Providing timely responses to electrical troubleshooting scenarios
    • Mentoring electrician trainees and sharing your knowledge
    • Operating and interpreting industrial electrical schematics
    • Documenting troubleshooting events accurately
    • Utilizing SAP for maintenance functions and record-keeping
    • Participating in cost-effective decision-making processes

    About You

    As a Maintenance Electrician, you're a problem-solver, a team player, and a leader. Your ability to handle pressure, collaborate effectively, and resolve issues efficiently sets you apart. Your qualifications include...

    • An Associates Degree in Electrical/Electronic Technology and 3+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience, OR
    • 4+ years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience
    • Proficiency in PLC's and related troubleshooting
    • Basic computer knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and solid math skills
    • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime
    • Successful completion of pre-employment assessments and screenings

    Desired Technical Skills:

    • Mechanical aptitude for light mechanical work
    • Knowledge of AC and DC Electronics
    • Experience with Control Systems
    • Familiarity with Servo Motors, Power Systems, and PLC programming
    • Understanding of Electrical Codes and Standards
    • Proficiency in Motor and Control Circuits, Power Distribution Systems, and Control Devices
