    Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversees the administration of the JROTC Program in compliance with laws, regulations, and policies.
    • Provides guidance to school authorities on relevant laws and regulations.
    • Cultivates positive relationships with school authorities, faculty, and students.
    • Engages in public affairs initiatives to promote the Army JROTC program.
    • Assists in student enrollment and program implementation.
    • Develops procedures for JROTC cadet management and activities.
    • Organizes extracurricular activities to enrich the program.
    • Participates in Army JROTC summer camps.
    • Performs additional tasks delegated by superiors.

    Requirements:

    - Must be a U.S. citizen.

    - Retired from the active Army with a minimum of twenty years of honorable service.

    - Certified by the US Army to teach the Army JROTC program.

    - Holds at least a Bachelor's degree with specific military ranks.

    - Adheres to medical and appearance standards set by the United States Army.
