[The Team Engagement Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure team member engagement such as managing employee engagement initiatives which includes the Agency Orientation, engagement surveys, and assisting with various team member events. Monitor and drive the success of team member engagement through performance measurement. Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback, analyze metrics and create plans to continuously foster engagement. This position also participates in project management and various other Human Resource projects as assigned. The Team Engagement Specialist must demonstrate an active commitment to Catholic Charities Mission and strive to incorporate the four Core Values in all aspects of daily work.

[**EDUCATIONAL and WORK REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) or related field with two (2) year HR experience in the assigned functional area and a proven successful record of increasing responsibilities.

[EMPLOYMENT CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: HI State Criminal Check, Drivers License, No-Fault Insurance Card, Access to Insured Vehicle, Education Verification

[COMPENSATION: $57,683 - $66,013
