Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Deliver on product roadmap and customer issue commitments
Assist in running team rituals
Develop and maintain unit and functional tests
Mentor lower-level engineers through technical challenges and career growth
Maintain high standards through architecture and code reviews
Guide the team towards deliverables through grooming/planning
Impact teams/squads' deliverables for quality, value, and speed
Mentor teams through technical challenges and career growth
Lead from a technical and architectural perspective focusing on the strategic roadmap
Performs other duties as assigned
You must have at least the following:
Must be legally authorized to work in the US
Sponsorship not available
Associates or higher degree in Software or Engineering discipline or code school graduate
5+ years' experience working as a Software Engineer
Focused on impacting teams/squads' deliverables for quality, value, and speed
Practical experience, including freelance or contributions to open source
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
Self-starter, self-motivated attitude, and willing to take initiative
Experience working with GIT and one or more CSPs (Cloud Service Providers) such as AWS, GCP or Azure
It would be great if you have:
Tech savvy (we are a SaaS company after all)
Experience in any of the following areas:
